Keith Hopkins D.V.M.

Dr. Hopkins is a graduate of The Ohio State University School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Hopkins has been involved with many aspects of Veterinary Medicine. He started his career doing Equine racetrack and farm work. Dr. Hopkins practiced in a small animal, equine practice in Amesbury Mass. He then served as the Director of The Animal Rescue League of Boston Clinic. He came to Halifax in 1983 and started Halifax Veterinary Service, servicing small and large animals. Dr. Hopkins enjoys riding his horse, walking his dog, and spending time with his family. Dr. Hopkins has been involved in community affairs serving as a youth baseball and basketball coach along with serving as Chairman of the Halifax Master Plan Committee.

 

Erin Oakham D.V.M.

Dr. Oakham is a graduate of Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine and enjoys seeing many different species and working up challenging medical cases. Dr. Oakham grew up in Carver and lives on the South Shore with her husband and a variety of animals. In her spare time, she enjoys riding horses, spending time with her family, and running on the cranberry bogs with her two rescue dogs.
